Bridge structure, with connected worktable.
Disk fixed on motorized spindle,spindle fixed on swing axle, swing axle fixed on rotation axle, rotation axle fixed on up and down sliding board. Which enable machine to work linked 5 axis.
Cutting head moves left and right on linear guide, drive by servo motor.
Crossbeam moves forward and backward on linear guide, drived by servo motor.
Sliding board up and down on double linear guide, through ball screw and derived servo motor.
Motorized spindle drived by servo motor, able to tilt 0~90°;
Swing spindle drived by servo motor,able to rotate ±370°.
Connected worktable;
Hydraulic controlled table tilts 0°~85°.
Crossbeam,carling,worktable are welded by good steel.
Machine use integrated desgin, easy installation and testing.
Machine parts processed by 7-axis high precision tool machine.
Structral part surface dealed by sandblasting, and high-anti-rust tech.
Material oxide side-sand blast side-zinc rich primer-iron oxide red primer-finishing coat.
